Baljinder Grewal, MD

Dr. Grewal received her bachelor of science in biology with a minor in chemistry from California State University in Hayward, California in 2005. She went on to earn her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine on the island of Dominica in the West Indies.

In 2009, Dr. Grewal began her residency training in family medicine at Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ, completing it in 2013. Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, she has a special interest in preventative and community medicine.

Herman Chiu, DO

Dr. Chiu received his bachelor of science in psychobiology from the Harper School of Arts and Science at Binghamton University in New York. He then earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. For his post-graduate training, Dr. Chiu completed a dual residency program in emergency medicine/internal medicine at Frankford Hospital in Torresdale, PA, then a family medicine residency at Brookhaven Memorial Medical Center in Patchogue, NY.

Prior to joining Excel Urgent Care in 2013, Dr. Chiu was a physician at InstaMed Urgent Care Center in Jackson Heights, NY. He is board certified in internal medicine and fluent in Chinese and some Spanish.

Nahesi Lambert, MD

Dr. Lambert received her bachelor of science in psychology from Syracuse University and her medical degree in 2008 from the American University of Antigua in the West Indies. After completing her family medicine internship and residency in 2012 at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Lambert served as family medicine physician at Community Healthcare Network in Manhattan, then at MD Aligne, a remote-based health care network offering telephone and online doctor consultations.

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Lambert is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and American Medical Association. Since 2006, she has traveled to Jamaica once a year for a medical mission trip.
